Anna grew up in Heidelberg and graduated from The University of Melbourne in 2006, before working for several years with Eastern Health in general and specialty surgery. She completed her General Practice training at the start of 2015, becoming a fellow of the RACGP. Anna loves being able to work with the community in which she grew up, and has interest in all areas of general practice, with a special interest in cosmetic injectables.

Alan grew up in Heidelberg and completed all of his medical training in Victoria. He worked several years at Austin Health and Northern Health working in all fields of medicine before commencing General Practice training in Melbourne. He completed his GP training at the end of 2016, gaining fellowship with the RACGP. Alan is interested in all aspects of General Practice, and also consults at Rosanna Medical Group.

Anna is a caring and thorough GP who believes in working together with patients and their families to optimise their wellbeing. She enjoys the general nature of working as a family doctor and is happy to see patients of all ages with any medical concern.

Anna is particularly interested in child health including developmental concerns, women’s health and contraception, caring for older people, and management of chronic health conditions including diabetes and dementia.

Anna graduated from The University of Melbourne medical school in 2009 and has been working as a GP since 2013. She also holds a Diploma of Child Health from Sydney University.

Dr Ajanta Ghosh
Dr Ajanta GhoshMBBS, FRACGP, Certified Travel Medicine, Family planning, Shared care for Pregnancy provider.
An experienced GP practicing at Viewbank and Rosanna Clinics for years, Ajanta trained locally at Austin and Eastern health in acute and general specialities. She is a keen advocate for women’s health, paediatrics, complex mental health issues and the aging population with chronic health conditions. She often visits the local aged care facilities to look after the elderly and disabled. Her special interests are minor skin surgeries, travel medicine (accredited yellow fever vaccine provider), pregnancy care and family planning (including IUD).

She is one of the business partners of both practices and a keen educator, supervising GP trainee doctors and Melbourne University Medical Students and an official examiner for RACGP.

She lives locally and loves spending her time with her young family. You might see her out and about in the local parklands.

Dr Jaya Krishnan Govindan

Jaya is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and also holds a Master of Medicine degree in Paediatrics from the University of Melbourne. She has been practicing as a General Practitioner since 2010 and prior to that had vast experience working in hospitals, particularly in the areas of Women’s and Children’s health and Emergency Medicine. Jaya provides general care in all areas and has special interest in Women’s and Children’s health as well as preventative medicine. She is an accredited Shared Care Provider and provides shared care with Mercy and the Northern Hospital. She does cervical screening, Implanon insertion.

Dr Aran grew up in Melbourne and completed his MBBS with Honors from Monash University in 2015. After which he worked at Frankston Hospital for years, doing various rotations including emergency, medicine, surgery, rehab medicine and obstetrics and gynaecology. His special interests include mental health, preventative health and sexual health. In his spare time Dr Aran enjoys tennis, live music and theatre..

Dr Diana Yannas

Diana loves the continuity of care that general practice provides. This made her pursue general practice specialist training after working at Ballarat Base Hospital for 4 years, where she gained a broad experience in many different areas of Medicine. Diana started working in general practice in 2016 and was awarded the RACGP fellowship in 2018.
Diana believes in quality comprehensive care and offers this in partnership with the patients to help them achieve their best health outcomes. Diana has a thorough and a friendly approach and enjoys looking after complex and challenging medical conditions. While enjoying the care for all patients, her special interests are preventative medicine, children and adolescent health, and women’s health. Diana performs Implanon insertion and removal, iron infusions, and some minor skin procedures.
Diana enjoys spending time with her family and friends and loves being involved in her church community.

Dr Susy Matthews

Susy grew up in Reservoir, and is a seasoned GP with over 20 years of experience. She graduated from Melbourne University in 1996, and this was followed by various resident hospital jobs at the Western Health Network, Dandenong Hospital and La Trobe Regional Hospital. After deciding family medicine was her passion, she went onto complete her Fellowship of Royal College of General Practice in 2003.
Her interest areas: include women’s health (is an accredited shared maternity care provider, and also completed Certificate of Family Planning of Victoria),paediatrics, skin cancers and its removal, general medicine, weight loss surgery and aged care.

Dr Clarence Wong graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2017. He worked at various hospitals and completed GP placements in Melbourne’s North-Eastern Suburbs, gaining a wide range of experience including Emergency, Surgery, Intensive Care Unit, Anaesthesia, General Medicine and Paediatrics.

He enjoys all aspects of General Practice, with a particular interest in management of chronic medical conditions, preventative medicine and performing minor surgical procedures.

Outside of work, Clarence plays basketball, soccer, and tennis. He also enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Shin received her medical degree from the University of Tasmania and has since also attained her Fellowship in General Practice from the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP).
She has worked in various hospitals and GP practices across Tasmania, Perth and Sydney before finally settling down in Melbourne. Her passion in General Practice stems from the opportunities it present to meet people from all walks of life and working with them to improve their health and wellbeing. She enjoys all aspects of General Practice with particular interest in preventative health, women’s health and chronic disease management.

Outside of work, Shin spends most if not all of her time doting on her two little boys. She is also currently attempting to improve her cooking skills in creating quick and delicious meals, and enjoys reading and travelling to new places..

Dharshan has moved from WA to NSW to do his medical training and since then he has worked as a doctor in various hospitals and clinics across Australia for the past 10 years.

Chin has been honoured to have served the Maryborough Community for 15 years as a general practitioner as well as being involved in the Maryborough District Health Service (Regional Hospital).
She is excited at the prospect of serving the Banyule community as a General Practitioner.

Tyson is an experienced skin cancer doctor, who consults primarily from the Rosanna practice. He performs a range of procedures including:
– Full body skin cancer checks
– Skin cancer excisions
– Lipoma and cyst excisions
– Ingrown toenail wedge resections
– Iron infusions
He completed many years of surgical training before entering into General Practice, and has subspecialised in Skin Cancer Medicine. Tyson has undertaken a number of dedicated skin cancer courses through the Skin Cancer College of Australasia and keeps up-to-date on the latest advancements in skin cancer management. He also works in Urgent Care Centres and in the Emergency Department at various hospitals in Victoria. Outside of work, he enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his family.
