The doctors practicing at this clinic operate on a private fee basis. A Medicare rebate will apply to most consultations and procedures. Each practitioner sets their own fees, which are published on the “Practitioners” page on this website. Please speak to reception if you have further questions about anticipated fees or your account.
Please note an additional credit card processing fee of 1% will apply to Visa, Master Card and EFTPOS card payments.
Please be advised that we never collect any payments from patients through HOTDOC.
Please book a longer consultation if you wish to discuss more than one issue or your needs are more complex.
Cancellations
If you unable to attend your appointment, please cancel or reschedule. If you book an appointment online, you can cancel or reschedule through your confirmation email or HotDoc app.
Please note cancellation fee ($50) will apply if you cancel less than 2 hours prior to your appointment or fail to attend your appointment. This fee must be settled prior to seeing any doctor.
