COVID-19

In order to keep everyone safe and continue running our practice during the COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented some changes.

Please tell us if you or your child have a runny nose, cough, sore throat, fever or earache (or have had these symptoms within the last week) so we can manage your health concerns safely and efficiently right from the start of your consultation. We request that patients with these symptoms wait in their cars or outside instead of the waiting room (please call reception to advise you have arrived). We welcome telephone and video appointment bookings during this time and are happy to answer any questions you may have regarding vaccines, getting tested and isolating, and managing respiratory symptoms.

COVID-19 vaccines are currently available at Viewbank and Rosanna for people aged 12 and over. Bookings can be made by contacting the clinic/s by telephone. New patients are requested to send a health summary prior to your vaccine appointment via email.
